1. Domain and Acceptance

These Terms govern the access to and use of the TravelOne B2B Portal by an agency, operator, distributor or other approved professional partner (the "Agency"). By activating and using the account, the Agency confirms that it is acting for professional purposes and that its users are authorized. If there is a separate signed B2B contract, it prevails for the aspects that it expressly regulates.

2. Registration, Account, and Permissions

The Agency provides accurate and up-to-date information about the entity and users. A new account initially has the right to search without reservation/payment. TravelOne activates booking and payment rights only after verifying the Agency and signing/approving the B2B contract, according to the flow used in SAMO. Authentication data is not shared outside of authorized persons.

3. Available Services

The Portal may offer flights, accommodation, City Break/packages and other tourist services from TravelOne, FLYONE, Expedia, Paximum, SAMO and/or other integrated providers. The provider's terms are part of the terms of service when applicable.

4. Search, revalidation, booking and confirmation

The search results are dynamic. Prior to confirmation, the Portal may revalidate the price, availability, fare rules, cancellation policy and other conditions. A booking is confirmed only when the system displays the relevant status and/or issues the supplier confirmation document, together with the fulfillment of the payment terms. TravelOne's internal references do not replace the supplier reference.

5. Booking dates and obligations of the Agency

The Agency is responsible for the correctness of the names, data, documents, contacts, ages of the children and other information entered. The Agency transmits to the end customer, before the transaction, the essential information regarding the service, price, cancellation/modification, travel documents and applicable mandatory rights.

6. Pricing, Fees, and Fees

The price due to TravelOne is the one confirmed at the end of the booking, subject to revalidation. The Agency's commission/margin applies only if it is provided for in the contract, the commercial conditions of the account or the rules of the product. Local taxes, deposits at property and optional services are indicated separately when the source provides them.

7. Payment and prepaid balance

Payment is governed by the Payment and Refund Terms. The available methods are those activated in the account. The prepaid balance/deposit is referred to in the Portal as "Agency Deposit". The bank transfer does not guarantee the price or inventory until the collection is identified, unless there is a valid HOLD and TravelOne confirms otherwise.

8. Changes, cancellation and refund

The cancellation request does not automatically cancel the reservation. TravelOne verifies the request, applies the provider's rules, and updates the corresponding status. Any refund is distinct from the simple cancellation request and becomes final only after proper processing.

9. Supplier conditions and priority of documents

For flights, the rules of the carrier and fare apply; for hotels, the policy of the supplier/property; for City Break, the conditions of the package. The mandatory rules and special conditions of the reservation are not replaced by general information in the Portal.

10. Portal Availability and Incidents

Access may be affected by maintenance, provider APIs, networks, PSPs/banks or other third-party systems. In the event of an interrupted transaction, the Agency checks My Bookings/IManage and contacts TravelOne before rebooking or payment.

11. Permitted Use and Privacy

Unauthorized scraping, fraud, abusive inventory testing, redistribution of private rates outside the authorized channel, unauthorized access, and any use that affects the security of the platform are prohibited. Credentials, private rates, and non-public business information are treated confidentially.

12. Liability

No provision excludes liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, TravelOne's liability is determined by its role in the specific transaction, the cause of the damage, the B2B contract and the binding rules. The Agency is liable for its own obligations towards the client and its users.

13. Account Suspension

TravelOne may suspend access for non-payment, insufficient balance, chargeback, fraud/documentable suspicion of fraud, security risk, unauthorized use, or material breaches, under the terms of the contract and the law.

14. Complaints and Communications

The complaint must indicate the reservation references and include the available documents. Ongoing situations are communicated immediately to allow for remediation. Essential communications are usually sent via email and/or official TravelOne channels.

Official channel for B2B complaints: helpdesk@travelone.eu; tel. +373 78850108.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

For relations governed by the TravelOne B2B contract used in the Republic of Moldova, the current contract provides for the legislation of the Republic of Moldova and the amicable settlement, and in the absence of agreement, the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova, if the Parties do not agree in writing on another procedure permitted by law.

16. Updating the Terms

TravelOne may update the Terms for legal, technical or commercial changes. Material changes apply for the future and are communicated via the Portal and/or email. Confirmed bookings remain governed by the terms applicable at the time of confirmation, to the extent permitted by law.

FLIGHT BOOKING TERMS

Conditions for booking and issuing flights through TravelOne B2B

1. Domain

These conditions apply to flight bookings available on the B2B Portal, including FLYONE flights and other carriers/integrated sources, to the extent that the product is active on the Agency's account.

2. Transport provider

Air transport is provided by the airline indicated in the booking. The conditions of carriage, fare rules, baggage, check-in and operational rules of the carrier are part of the conditions of service.

3. Price, availability and revalidation

Rates and seats are dynamic. Price and availability can be revalidated before confirmation/issuance. If the supplier returns a changed value or availability, the new condition must be presented before the transaction is completed.

4. Passenger data

The agency enters the name exactly according to the travel document and the data required by the carrier. Correcting the name or changing the passenger is only possible if the carrier/fare rule allows it and may involve taxes.

5. References and issuance

The portal can display an internal TravelOne reference and a supplier/carrier reference. The e-ticket is the transport document after successful issuance. The agency immediately checks the name, route, dates, times and ticket number.

6. HOLD / deadline / no HOLD

If the supplier offers a valid HOLD/option, the Portal may display the payment/issuance term. For offers without HOLD, availability is not reserved at the supplier for the duration of the booking completion. Payment does not in itself equate to confirmation or issuance; the booking becomes final only after confirmation by the supplier.

7. Baggage and additional services

Baggage, seats, priority, check-in and other additional services depend on the carrier and fare. For City Break FLYONE fares, the included services are those confirmed in the Fare Table and/or returned by the carrier's system for the relevant fare.

8. Changes, cancellations and refunds

The eligibility and cost of changes/cancellations/refunds are determined by the fare rules and the carrier. If the fare rules are not automatically returned by the inventory source, the Agency does not have to promise a condition to the customer without verification. The refund is final only after the processing of TravelOne and, as applicable, the carrier/PSP.

9. Schedule changes and irregular operations

The carrier may change the schedule, airport, flight number, or cancel the flight. The agency must maintain the correct contact details and quickly convey the notifications and options received to the customer.

10. Passenger rights

Mandatory rights regarding delays, cancellations, denied boarding, baggage or other incidents apply to the extent that the flight falls within the scope of the relevant acts. These Terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded by contract.

11. Travel Documents

The passenger and the Agency are responsible for verifying identity documents, visas, entry/transit conditions and other official requirements. TravelOne does not guarantee border information if it does not come from an up-to-date official source.

12. Complaints

For a transport issue, the Agency sends the PNR/RLOC, the ticket number and the relevant documents. Requests relating to the obligations of the carrier can be redirected to it, without affecting TravelOne's own obligations where they exist.

Official flight support channel: helpdesk@travelone.eu; tel. +373 78850108.

HOTEL BOOKING CONDITIONS

Conditions for accommodations booked through TravelOne B2B

1. Domain and source of content

Accommodations may originate from Expedia, Paximum, SAMO, and/or other suppliers. Descriptions, classification, photos, facilities, contact information, availability, and policies may originate from the hotel or inventory provider.

2. Price and fees

The price displayed at checkout indicates the amount owed to TravelOne for the services included in the booking and, separately, any amounts known to be payable directly to the property, when this information is provided by the inventory source.

3. Booking confirmation

The reservation is confirmed when the Portal displays the confirmation number or other reference of the supplier and the corresponding status after the fulfillment of the payment conditions. The TravelOne reservation number/PNRID is an internal reference and may be different from the hotel reference.

4. Room, occupancy and children

The agency correctly selects the number of adults/children, the age of the children, the type of room and the meal regime. Bed configuration and other preferences are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed by the hotel/provider.

5. Check-in / check-out

Identification times and requirements, card/deposit and property rules are as indicated in the booking conditions. Late arrivals must be communicated when requested by the hotel or supplier.

6. Cancellation and non-refundable fees

Each tariff has its own cancellation policy. The deadline and penalty displayed in the Portal/confirmation apply subject to compliance with the supplier's response. Non-refundable tariffs may have a penalty of up to 100%.

7. Cancellation request

The agent submits a cancellation request and can add comments. The request does not automatically cancel the reservation. TravelOne checks the rules and the possible refundable amount, approves or rejects the request, and, if approved, initiates the cancellation with the provider. The cancellation and eventual refund is reflected in the status of the reservation after processing.

8. No-show and early departure

No-show may result in cancellation and policy penalty. Early departure does not automatically result in a refund for unused nights.

9. Special requests

Special requests are submitted when the system allows, but are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed. Sensitive data is limited to the minimum necessary.

10. Changing your booking

Changing the name, dates, room, period, or occupancy may require cancellation and rebooking at the conditions available at that time. The agency checks the impact before confirming the customer's change.

11. Overbooking / relocare

If the hotel/supplier is unable to honour a confirmed booking, TravelOne cooperates for the available solution, including relocation or refund, depending on its role, the contract with the supplier and the mandatory rules.

12. Destination Complaints

Problems with the room or services must be reported immediately to the hotel and TravelOne/Agency to allow remediation. Photos, documents, contact name and relevant confirmations are kept.

Official hotel support/complaints channel: helpdesk@travelone.eu; tel. +373 78850108.

CITY BREAK CONDITIONS

Conditions for TravelOne products combining flight + accommodation and, where applicable, other services

1. What is a TravelOne City Break

A TravelOne City Break combines at least air transport and accommodation for the same trip and may include transfer, excursions, activities or other tourist services. For certain products, the FLYONE component may use a special rate allowed exclusively as part of the package.

2. Legal roles

The FLYONE–FLY GROUP commercial documentation for City Break delimits the air component from the final product: FLYONE regulates and provides air transport, and FLY GROUP combines air fare with accommodation and forms, sets the price and distributes the final product, subject to the applicable legislation. The legal role applicable to the specific product is the one resulting from the contractual documentation, the booking confirmation and the applicable mandatory rules.

3. Pre-booking information

Prior to confirmation, the Agency must be able to see and transmit to the client: destination, period, flights, accommodation, number of nights, services included/excluded, total price, payment, cancellation/modification, special requirements and relevant data of the responsible entities.

4. Package Formation and Confirmation

The package is confirmed after the revalidation of the components, the fulfillment of the payment conditions and the issuance of the City Break confirmation. The flight PNR and the hotel confirmation can be generated at different times of the same flow. If the payment is confirmed, but a component cannot be booked, the case is verified and regularized according to the applicable conditions, including by reversal/refund when it is due, and the Agency is informed without undue delay.

5. Price and changes before confirmation

Rates and availability may vary until final confirmation. After confirmation, any changes to the price or components are only possible under the terms of the package contract and mandatory rules.

6. Cancellation/modification at the request of the traveler

The agency submits a cancellation request/change request to TravelOne. The request does not take effect automatically. TravelOne checks the component rules, costs and the possible refundable amount and communicates the result after confirmation by the suppliers.

7. Changes/cancellations of suppliers

If a supplier substantially modifies or cancels a component, TravelOne communicates to the Agency the options available according to the conditions and the law. The Agency promptly transmits the information and his choice to the end customer.

8. Package execution and support

Non-conformities shall be reported without delay. If TravelOne has the legal capacity of organizer, its obligations regarding execution, remedy and assistance apply within the limits of the law and are not eliminated by the B2B relationship between TravelOne and the Agency.

24/7 City Break/Package Support: helpdesk@travelone.eu; tel. +373 78850108.

9. The Agency's obligations towards the final customer

The Agency transmits the mandatory information and documents, does not unauthorize the conditions of TravelOne/suppliers, keeps the proof of information/acceptance when relevant and promptly transmits operational notifications.

10. External markets / EU

For packages distributed in foreign markets, additional mandatory rules of the relevant market may apply. The B2B relationship does not exclude mandatory end-traveler protections and distribution conditions may be adapted before a new market is activated.

PAYMENT AND REFUND TERMS

Operational rules for payments, balance/deposit, cancellations and B2B reconciliation

1. Domain

These Terms govern the payment of B2B bookings, the replenishment and use of the Agency's prepaid balance, refunds, chargebacks and operational reconciliation. The methods actually available are those displayed in the Agency's account.

2. Payment methods

The payment methods provided for the current version are Agency Deposit and MIA, insofar as they are activated in the Agency account. Other methods are displayed only after activation. TravelOne does not present itself as a payment service provider; processing can be carried out by authorized banks and PSPs.

3. Agency Deposit

The Agency Deposit is the record of the amounts paid in advance by the Agency and available for the settlement of bookings and other amounts due under the contract. It is not presented as a bank account or electronic money instrument of the Agency.

4. Flow without HOLD of the supplier

The portal revalidates the price and availability. The checkout window/timer is intended for the completion of the payment and booking and does not represent a HOLD of the supplier. After the payment is confirmed, the system immediately initiates the reservation with the supplier. The final confirmation is issued only after the successful reservation with the supplier.

5. Flow with Supplier's HOLD/Deadline

If the supplier confirms a real HOLD/option, the Portal may display the deadline by which the payment/issuance must be completed. After expiration, the price and inventory are no longer guaranteed.

6. Confirmed payment + failed booking

If the payment is confirmed, but the booking with the supplier fails, the booking is not presented as confirmed. The case is subject to verification and reconciliation and, where applicable, a reversal/refund to the original source of payment is applied, according to the result of the verification and the applicable conditions.

7. Transfer bancar

If the bank transfer will be activated later, it will not guarantee the reservation or price until the amount is received and identified by TravelOne, except for a reservation with sufficient HOLD and an explicit confirmation from TravelOne.

8. Payment Status vs Booking Status

"Paid" does not automatically mean "Ticketed/Confirmed/Active". The payment status and the status of the reservation/ticket/hotel are distinct and must be synchronized. After cancellation/refund, the statuses must reflect the actual situation in Agent Cabinet and IManage.

9. Refund

The right to a refund depends on the conditions of the booking and confirmation from the supplier. The refund is made only to the original source of payment, after the eligibility has been established. The time of actual crediting depends on the refund scenario, the supplier and the payment method.

10. Chargeback and Fraud

The Agency uses only authorized methods and is liable for transactions initiated by its users within the limits of the contract. Disputed chargebacks and payments are handled according to the contract, PSP rules, and the cause of the incident.

11. Currency and exchange rate

The currency and final amount are displayed before payment. If there is a conversion, TravelOne applies a daily set trade rate. The domestic rate is not published separately; The agent is shown the final amount applicable to the transaction.

12. Payment Documents

The automatic document provided for the current version is the Booking Confirmation. Any other tax or accounting documents are issued according to the applicable accounting processes and the law.

13. Reconcile

Inconsistencies between payment, booking and supplier record are investigated using TravelOne, supplier and PSP references. The agency does not repeat the payment until the initial transaction has been clarified.
