TERMS AND CONDITIONS – FLIGHT TICKET SALES TRAVELONE (on behalf of FLYGROUP LLC)
1. General Information
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between FLYGROUP LLC, operating under the brand TRAVELONE (hereinafter “the Agency”), and the customer (hereinafter “the Client”).
By purchasing a flight ticket through our website, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
2. Role of the Agency
The Agency acts solely as an intermediary between the Passenger and the airline.
The contract of carriage is concluded directly between the Passenger and the airline and is subject to the airline’s terms and conditions.
3. Booking and Ticket Issuance
- Bookings are considered confirmed only after full payment and ticket issuance.
- Prices and seat availability are dynamic and may change until the ticket is issued.
- Once issued, the ticket is subject to the fare rules and conditions imposed by the airline.
4. Pricing and Service Fees (TSF)
- The total price may include airfare, airport taxes, and Agency service fees (TSF)..
- The Agency reserves the right to charge service fees for booking, ticket issuance, modifications, and customer support.
- All service fees are non-refundable.
5. Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds
- Changes and cancellations are subject strictly to the airline’s fare rules.
- Most tickets, especially promotional and low-cost fares, are non-refundable and non-changeable.
- If changes are permitted, the Passenger may be required to pay:
- airline penalties
- fare differences
- Agency processing fees
- Refunds, where applicable, may take between 7 and 60 business days or longer, depending on the airline.
- Ancillary services (e.g., baggage, seat selection, meals) are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
6. Airline-Initiated Changes or Cancellations
- Airlines may change schedules or cancel flights at their discretion.
- In such cases, the Passenger may be entitled to rebooking or refund according to airline policies.
- The Agency will assist but is not responsible for airline decisions.
7. No-Show Policy
- Failure to check in or board a flight (“no-show”) may result in automatic cancellation of all subsequent segments.
- In such cases, the ticket is typically non-refundable.
8. Self-Connections and Separate Tickets
- For itineraries consisting of separate tickets (self-connection), the Passenger assumes full responsibility for transfers.
- The Agency does not guarantee connection times or protection in case of delays.
9. Low-Cost Carriers
- Low-cost airlines operate under strict rules and may charge additional fees for services such as baggage, check-in, and seat selection.
- The Agency is not responsible for additional services purchased directly from the airline.
10. Check-in and Travel Documents
- The Passenger is responsible for completing check-in (online or at the airport).
- The Passenger must hold valid travel documents (passport, visa, etc.).
- Travel requirements can be verified via the official IATA platform: https://www.iatatravelcentre.com/
- TRAVELONE is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to improper documentation.
11. Passenger Responsibility
- The Passenger is responsible for providing accurate personal and booking details.
- Name corrections after ticket issuance may not be possible or may incur additional costs.
12. Baggage and Ancillary Services
- Baggage policies are determined solely by the airline.
- The Agency is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged baggage.
13. Liability Disclaimer
The Agency shall not be held liable for:
- flight delays or cancellations
- denied boarding
- baggage issues
- actions of airlines or authorities All such responsibilities lie with the airline or relevant authorities.
14. Force Majeure
The Agency shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather conditions, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.
15. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws of the Republic of Moldova and used solely for booking and service purposes.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova.
Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.
